Coachella is quickly approaching and we know that you want to make sure that your house is fully stocked with the best ingredients to get the pool party started. We’ve put together a list of some of our favorite cocktails to set the mood for a weekend of music, art and partying.
First up, the CÎROC Summer Colada. Sean “Diddy” Combs and the Makers of CÎROC Ultra Premium Vodka proudly unveiled CÎROC Summer Colada, the newest addition to the successful flavor portfolio. The limited edition flavor is made with CÎROC Ultra Premium Vodka infused with Coconut, Pineapple and other natural flavors.
Colada Remix
1.5 oz. CÎROC Summer Colada
3 oz. pineapple Juice
Garnish: Pineapple wedge or mini Pineapple and Mini Umbrella
Classic Colada
1.5 oz. CÎROC Summer Colada
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. coconut water
½ oz. lemon juice
Serving: Rocks glasses or frozen
Garnish: Pineapple leaves with a chunk of coconut
Now what would be a pre-game or pool party without tequila? Wack! So of course we had to add one of our favorite tequilas, 1800, to the mix.
Coconut Smash
2 ounces 1800® Coconut
3 slices papaya
¼ ounce honey
Pinch of basil
1/4 lime
Add all ingredients to shaker. Shake and strain into highball glass. Garnish with basil sprig.
Palm Rush
1 ½ oz. 1800® Reposado
½ oz. Spiced Rum
¾ oz. Pineapple Juice
1 tbl of sugar
2 Sage Leaves
Top With Soda Water
Serve in Collins Glass
Garnish With Sage Leaf
In Collins Glass add Sugar and Sage. Muddle until ingredients bind. Add Ice. Pour in Tequila and Pineapple. Use bar spoon to stir mixture together. Top with Soda Water. Float Spiced Rum.
