I can remember when I first saw Back to the Future when I was younger. At that time I begged my parents for the sneakers above and the hover board. Well, to my surprise they were not real, womp womp womp. So you can imagine how stoked I was when I saw these sneakers last night at New York City’s Fashion Night Out at the Nike store.
The Nike Air Mags aka Marty McFly’s was debuted on the Letterman Show by no other than Michael J. Fox, the man who wore these shoes in the movie. There will be a 1,500 pair auctioned off. The expected going rate is $4,500, however all the proceeds will go to charity. Awesomeness!
