Thomas Pink recently gave us a peek into their 2013 Autumn/Winter Collection. The collection was bright and colorful, which is becoming a trend for the 2013 Fall/Winter season. Some notable additions to their line up:
Color Blocking
Color blocking can been seen in their scarfs, socks, ties and pocket square. Using a color scarf, tie or socks can give personality to any outfit, especially if you are wearing a suit.
Patterns
Thomas Pink decided to mix up their patterns, all while on the same piece. For example the four square packet square features 4 different patterns and can be worn to show all patterns or one single pattern.
Cashmere
Who doesn’t love cashmere? Thomas Pink unveils a beauty of blazer that is made entirely of cashmere. One would think that a blazer made out of cashmere would be shapeless, however their blazer has great form and structure which makes it perfect for achieving an ideal silhouette. Priced at around $1300, the jacket is a steal.
Overall the collection seemed well thought out and cohesive. Bright colors for Autumn/Winter will be a huge trend. As years go by we start to notice that fashion is becoming more unrestricted. The days of fashion rules, regarding color, are going out the window. People are wearing white and pastels year around. Thomas Pink proves to remain current (not trendy) and classic.
