On Thursday, May 15, 2014, the American Museum of Natural History hosted their annual Museum Dance. The annual event benefits the museum’s scientific and educational programming. The theme of the evening was “Star Studded!,” in honor of the Museum’s new Space Show, Dark Universe, narrated by the Frederick P. Rose Director of the Hayden Planetarium Neil deGrasse Tyson.
Every year, hundreds of young art collectors and enthusiasts gather for a night of delectable dishes, fine champagne and dancing. For this year’s occasion, the dinner took place in the famous “Whale Room”. Following dinner, guests relocated to the planetarium for dancing. The planetarium was transformed into a upscale club scene with the use of lights and of course, a DJ. DJ JUS SKE moved the crowd with a mix of pop, old school r&b, and dance music. Everyone seemed in good cheer as they danced the night away. Until next year…#BeLuxe
