Last night in NYC, LuxuriousPROTOTYPE had the opportunity witness Ne-Yo, Compound Ent., Lenny S. and Columbia Records officially introduce RaVaughn to the world at an event at the private Norwood Club. The intimate invite only event included an interesting guest list of label execs., top writers, friends, and family. Among the crowd was Tishawn Gayle and Tango Hayes, the powerful duo behind Compound Ent., and Empire Girls star Adrianne Bailon who came to support their Compound family member. RaVaughn mingled among the crowd making time to speak to everyone and thank them for attending as they enjoyed her new music, which is very good. Each guest received a special personalized package that included: a personal note from RaVaughn, her biography, track listing, a physical copy of her EP, and a full size bottle of Malibu RED.
RaVaughn has previously released the single “Same Ol BS” on the soundtrack of Steve Harvey’s hit movie Think Like A Man and appeared on other singles, but today, she releases her first EP “Love Always…The Introduction.” The 7 single EP features a selection of music that showcases her lyrical style and vocal ability. RaVaughn’s sound will follow the path of her mentor, NE-YO, bringing a refreshing new sound to R&B with classic story based lyric’s.
