From Thursday, December 5 through Saturday, December 7, the New York Junior League (NYJL) will host the 42nd Annual Golden Tree Holiday Shopping Event at the Astor House.
With more than 1,200 people expected to attend over three days, Golden Tree combines premier shopping with exquisite food and festive beverages, providing an ideal way to ring in the holidays while supporting the charitable endeavors of the NYJL. During the event, the Astor House transforms into a distinctive, one-stop-shopping destination, with a wide array of vendors offering goods ranging from jewelry, apparel and accessories to kitchenware, linens and gifts for the home.
The event kicks off on Thursday afternoon with daytime entertainment and activities, running through Saturday. On Thursday and Friday evenings, shopping will be complemented by live music and delicious hors d’oeuvres. The fun continues on Saturday with more shopping and a breakfast with Santa for the NYJL’s littlest elves!
The Festival of Wreaths will decorate the walls of the Astor House both Thursday and Friday, featuring designer wreaths and wreaths decorated by community spotlight committees. All wreaths will be available in the silent auction. Wreaths have been designed by renowned decorators, fashion designers and style icons, including: Haute Look, Galatea Lingerie, Lilly Pulitzer, Rent the Runway, exhale and many more!
The New York Junior League’s community committees are also decking the halls, as they will be designing wreaths with our community partners! Our community spotlights include Spotlight on Performance, Performance of a Lifetime, Mentoring Partners, and Da Vinci Explorer.

TICKET PRICES:
Various ticket options are available and may be purchased in advance or at the door the days of the event. The ticket options include a Golden Pass for all day and evening events for $125 (includes access to all sessions and an exclusive VIP gift bag), a daytime pass for $20 per session (for one daytime shopping/event demonstration session), evening pre-sale pass for $50 or $65 at the door per evening (for evening shopping/cocktail party), or a Saturday Children’s pass for $10 (special children’s ticket price for breakfast with Santa/daytime shopping). The last day to purchase tickets in advance is Monday, December 2, tickets also available at the door.
