2014 New York Oyster Week actually does give a shuck! Oyster Week will be putting New York’s most historically significant culinary item center stage and city-wide for eating and celebrating September 11th – 28th. Gotham foodies searching for a new take on oysters and first-timers looking to try one of the world’s most nutritious and delicious delicacies will revel in 2014 New York Oyster Week events and restaurant’s creative oyster-themed dishes from top New York chefs and Raw Bars.
