Maserati and Gotham Magazine Hosts Barclays Center First VIP Clients Event

Last night, Monday, November 19th, Maserati of Manhattan and Gotham Magazine hosted a private event for Barclays Center VIP Clients on from 7-10pm at Maserati of Manhattan. The evening marked the beginning of a series of events being hosted throughout the year for Barclay’s VIP clients; these major players who attended included corporate sponsors and those who have invested in the arena, purchased season suite box tickets and court side seats for sporting events.

As the first new major sports and entertainment indoor arena to open in New York in nearly half a century, Barclays acknowledges their client’s investment in filling the spaces for many of their 200 sporting and entertainment events. As a way of giving back, Barclays is joined forces with luxury brands to bring exclusive events filled with various perks only offered to these VIPs.

For the first event, Barclays recruited Maserati of Manhattan, the new state of the art Maserati showroom located in the heart of Tribeca (1 York Street) and Gotham Magazine to host the kick-off party. Guests enjoyed some of the finest handcrafted vehicles Italy has to offer, cocktails by Peroni, Perrier-Jouet and Chivas Regal, 5-star hors d’oeurves, complimentary shoe shines and cigars. VIPs browsed luxury timepieces and jewelry from Wempe as well as a “pop-up” menswear boutique. The night also featured a silent auction to benefit Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts.
