On Thursday April 18, 2013 the American Museum of Natural History hosted their 2013 Museum Dance titled, “Under The Sea.” Young philanthropist gathered on the Upper West Side for this night to help celebrate and raise funds for the museum’s scientific and educational programs that help underserved New York City school children. The night consisted of a dinner, dance party and silent auction.
By 10:20pm the dance floor was packed with guests dancing and singing along to songs mixed by DJ Jus-Ske. The cocktails were flowing, the music was thumping and the guest were smiling, all combined for a great party. At any given moment there was someone looking up at the giant whale that hung above everyone. The whale, along with the water lighting effects on the ceiling set the mood for the evening. Well done American Museum of Natural History!
