In celebration of New York Oyster Week, Empire Oyster, presented by Thrillist will take place on Saturday, October 24th and is sponsored by Modelo. Some of Thrillist’s favorite New York chefs will team up with East Coast oyster farmers to create their craziest oyster dish paired with a fully stocked (unlimited) raw bar.
Guests will get to vote on their favorite oyster / dish combo — naming one lucky farmer/chef duo the ‘King of Oysters.’ In addition to the oysters, guests will also enjoy Modelo Especial beer, custom beer cocktails, an interactive shucking station and live music.
